Rss for a single topic

my colleague Pieter Hartsook with some help from GrantBow figured out a way to generate an RSS feed for a single page. Embed a search for ^topicname$ in the call to WebRss, e.g. http://wiki.osafoundation.org/twiki/bin/view/Chandler/WebRss?skin=rss&web=all&scope=topic&search=^DevelopmentHome$
