Date picking is convenient and easy and has checks on what the user enters. Time picking is not (and could be)

Now that we have Plugins/DatePickerPlugin, a time picker would be a good addition as well.
There are many options available to look at. I rather liked this one because of the way it handles raw text entries as well as picked entries:

This one claims to match the look of JQuery UI widgets:
https://fgelinas.com/code/timepicker/. I think I prefer a menu-based UI more, but...
Essentually, I don't really care what it looks like. I just think a picker is a better choice in forms that "enter the time in a text field"
