I agree. However, it is not totally accurate. Compare
This shows the package 'Register' as comprising the class
RegistrationHandler: unfortuately it shows this inner class at the cost of hiding the far more important TWiki::UI::Register class.
If we like Pdoc enough (and it does look good) and we know Pdoc's shortfalls we could decide work around them. e.g. by not using Inner-classes. In that case we need to put those rules on the
CodingStandards page.

i've added a
-pod command line switch to
build-twiki-kernel.pl which will run the source through
PDoc and include it in the
TWikiKernel in the
twiki/doc/ directory
