Diagnose upload issues with an Aspera dropbox

These features are only available to music label and distributor partners who use YouTube Studio Content Manager and the YouTube DDEX feed with version 3.6+ of the Electronic Release Notification (ERN) standard.

Are you having trouble uploading content to YouTube using your Aspera dropbox? Answer the following questions to help identify and resolve the problem.

The weekly maintenance window for Aspera dropboxes is Wednesday from 1am-5am Pacific time. If you upload content during that time, your Aspera client may be disconnected from the dropbox. If that happens, reconnect to the dropbox after five to ten minutes and redeliver the complete metadata file.
Are you able to connect to your dropbox from the Aspera client?
What version is your Aspera client? {Add a sentence explaining where one can look to find the answer.}
How big is the file that is causing the problem?
Does the Loss% column indicate any packet loss?
