Your YouTube Premium membership should be used predominantly in the country where you signed up for it (your subscription country).

Your membership benefits while traveling:

• When you travel outside of your subscription country, your membership benefits may change based on your location.
• If you are traveling to a country where Premium / Premium Lite is available, you will continue to have access to the membership benefits.
• If you travel to a country where Premium / Premium Lite is not available, you won’t be able to access your membership benefits. Any videos that you’ve downloaded before traveling will be available offline for 30 days.
• If you're a YouTube Music Premium or a YouTube Premium member, you get access to your paid membership benefits and your music library in the YouTube Music app. You will have access even if you're in a country/territory where YouTube Music Premium memberships are not available. Music content available to you in your subscription country will travel with you for a limited period of time so you can keep enjoying your listening experience. Your music downloads will also remain available to you for 30 days without an internet connection. Your paid membership benefits (such as offline listening, background play, ad-free listening, etc.) will only travel with you in the YouTube Music app. These benefits are not currently supported for traveling members in other apps and services.

Extended travel or moving to a new country:

• Your YouTube Premium membership should be used predominantly in the country where you signed up for it.
• If you are traveling for more than 30 days or move to a different country or territory, we may take action on your subscription, such as pause or cancel it. We will notify you when the change is made. If your subscription is available in your new location, you can sign up again to maintain access to your membership benefits.

Misrepresenting your location:

• To ensure we can offer the correct plans and pricing, you must accurately represent your country when you sign up for and use YouTube Premium subscription plans. If you misrepresent your location (e.g., use VPN), or attempt to circumvent access and availability restrictions, your subscription may be subject to cancellation.
