Legal policies
You can report content for policy violations and legal violations.
Report a policy violation
YouTube has Community Guidelines and Privacy Guidelines. These guidelines outline the type of content that is and isn't allowed on YouTube. To expedite a content review, you should report content that violates these policies before you submit a legal request.
If you find content that you think violates YouTube’s Community Guidelines, report it. If you find content that you think violates YouTube’s Privacy Guidelines, you can file a privacy complaint.
