Searching, previewing & exporting files in Google Drive

You might encounter some limitations while working with Vault for Google Drive. The following actions aren't supported:

• Searching and previewing contents of non-indexed files such as ZIP files, audio/visual files, or other container files
• Searching contents of large files, as only the first 1MB of content is indexed within Drive (for example Excel, PowerPoint, and PDF files
• Previewing video files
• Searching videos automatically synced from a user's Currents (formerly Google+) account
• Searching, previewing, and exporting email layouts
• Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides files can’t be exported through Vault if their total size, after conversion to the corresponding Microsoft formats (docx, xlsx or pptx), exceeds 500 MB.
