Set your pronouns in Google Meet

If the Google Workspace admin turns on the pronouns option, Business and EDU users can set their pronouns that display on their personal video tile when they use Google Meet on the web.

Your pronouns let other people know how to refer to you. If you set your pronouns, they show up next to your contact info in Google products, such as:

  • Calendar
  • Chat
  • Contacts
  • Docs
  • Drive
  • Gmail
  • Meet

Learn how to change your pronouns.

Set your pronouns

  1. On your computer, go to your About me page.
  2. Click Pronouns.
  3. Select your pronouns from the list or add a custom pronoun.
  4. Select who can view your pronouns.
    • To let people view your pronouns in Meet, select Anyone. If you select "Only you" or "Your organization," your pronouns don’t show in Meet.

Tips:
