How to tell if you purchased Google Home Premium from a partner

Your Account screen in the Google Store indicates where you purchased each subscription so you know who to contact if you need to make any changes.

  1. In a web browser, go to store.google.com.
  2. In the top right corner, tap your profile and then Subscriptions.
  3. Sign in with the account email and password that you use to sign in to the Nest or Home app.
  4. You’ll find a list of all the Google Home Premium subscriptions in your account, with information based on where you purchased them:
    • Directly from Google: The subscription indicates Google Home Premium. There won’t be a subscription ID.
    • From one of our partners: The subscription indicates Google Home Premium with the details of your plan. Below this is the label Subscription managed by (partner name) and an alphanumeric subscription ID. You may need to provide your subscription ID when you contact the partner for help.
      • For 1st gen Aware subscription purchased from one of our partners, the subscription indicates Nest Aware via (partner name), followed by an alphanumeric subscription ID. You may need to provide the subscription ID when you contact the partner for help.
Cancel a Google Home Premium partner subscription

Important: Cancellation cannot be reversed. All video history, settings, and preferences related to your Google Home Premium subscription will be erased. They cannot be recovered and Google does not keep backups.

If you purchased your subscription from one of our partners, contact them directly to cancel or change your subscription. Google cannot cancel or change subscriptions purchased from a partner.

The partner’s cancellation policies may be different from Google’s policies. Ask them about what happens if you cancel in the middle of a billing cycle and for any other questions you may have.
