Return a Google Nest device

Important: Before you send your device back, you must do a factory reset. This removes all your personal information from the device.

To get your money back for your Nest device, you must return it by the timeframe the store gives you. Read the store’s return policy to know when and how to send it back. If you send it back late, you might not get your money back.
