App install ads allow users to install your app directly from your ad. Based on where your ad appears, any original content may be added to, removed, or modified during the ad serving process. Google Ads does this to help make sure that users get a great experience from your ad, no matter when and where they see it.
App install ad on the Search and Display Networks
Numbered call outs of Ad can include: App icon, Description text, App store rating. It shows on Google search & GDN and links to an app store.
Interstitial adsBenefits: Full-screen ads, tend to have higher click through rates than banner ads, but may have a higher CPC, appear as someone transitions between screens or pages in an app. Sizes for mobile are 300x250, 320x480, 480x320. Sizes for tablet are 1024x768, 768x1024.
Benefits: Appear as a small strip or "banner" across the top of an app page or screen, Most commonly used ad format for mobile, You can upload images for high-resolution display devices. Sized for mobile & tablet are 320x50, 468x60, 728x90, 300x250. Note: We'll auto-adjust the image based on the device's pixel density.

Numbered call outs of Ad can include: App icon, App name, Developer name, Average rating, Custom text. It shows on Google play listings and search results and links to a play store listing.
Video app install ad on the Display Network
Numbered callouts of Ad can include: video from a YouTube link, Text, App icon, App store text, App store rating. The ad shows on Google Display Networks publisher sites and videos. It drives users to install your app(either directly from YouTube or by linking to app store), automatically plays on devices with WiFi connections. Note: People using 3G/4G/LTE connections will need to click on the video for it to play.
