Different ways to track conversions
When you run ads with Google Ads, you may want to know whether clicks on your ad led customers to take certain actions such as making a purchase on your website, calling your business, or downloading your app.
The first step in measuring conversions is choosing what you want to track. Learn more about setting up your conversions.

Track multiple kinds of conversions
Track multiple types of conversions from the list above by creating a separate conversion action for each type. For example, set up one conversion action to track purchases on your website and another to track calls from your ads.
You can also set up multiple conversion actions for each conversion source. For example, if you want to track both purchases and newsletter sign-ups on your website, create one conversion action for purchases and another for sign-ups.
When tracking multiple conversion actions, use the "Account default" setting to choose which conversions to include in your "Conversions" reporting column. Learn more About account-default conversion goals.
