Control Google Fit on your Assistant devices
You can change your Google Assistant’s access to your Google Fit data at any time.
Turn off Assistant access to sleep data
Important: When you turn off Assistant access to sleep data, you also disable sleep sensing on any Nest devices connected to your Assistant.
- On your device, open the Google Fit app Google Fit.
- At the bottom, tap Profile.
- At the top, tap Settings Settings.
- Under "Google Fit data and personalization," tap Manage Google Assistant.
- Turn off Sleep.
- To confirm, tap Turn off.
Turn off Assistant access to respiratory data
- On your device, open the Google Fit app Google Fit.
- At the bottom, tap Profile.
- At the top, tap Settings Settings.
- Under "Google Fit data and personalization," tap Manage Google Assistant.
- Turn off Respiration data.
- To confirm, tap Turn off.
