Generate table names

  1. On your computer, open a spreadsheet in Google Sheets.
  2. Click on a table range.
  3. If it appears, click Convert to table .
  4. At the top left of the table, you can find the table name that Gemini created for you.
  5. Optional: To edit or delete the suggested name, next to it, click on the table name or click Table menu and then Rename table .

Tip: You can also change your table's format, and use table references and views. Learn how to use tables in Google Sheets.
