Get help as a Google One member

As a Google One member, you can contact Google One support for help with your Chromebook. You can get assistance through chat, phone call, or email.

1. Go to Google One.
2. On your computer, at the top right, select Help .
   • On the mobile web, at the top, tap Menu and then Help .
3. Scroll to "Need more help?"
4. Select Contact us.
5. Follow the on-screen prompts.
