• Determine if you need more than one team. If so request an organization and add teams.
• Set up teams, admins, app creators, and app users
  • Define your team membership using a Google Workspace organization, private domain, or Google Group.
  • Assign team members as team root or team administrator. If a change is required, do one of the following:
    • Contact your organization administrator or AppSheet Support .
    • If you are a Workspace admin, assign AppSheet admin privileges by using the Workspace Admin Console.
  • Decide if you want to restrict who can create apps or the recipient list for outgoing email.
• Share resources with your app creators.
• Define governance policies for your teams.
