Update to Political content policy (May 2018)
Google provides translated versions of the Advertising Policies Help Center, though they're not meant to change the content of the policies. The English version is the official language used to enforce Google Ads policies. To view this article in a different language, use the language dropdown at the bottom of the page.
Starting May 10, 2018, ads related to the May 25th Irish referendum will not be allowed to run, unless they’re being run by the independent Referendum Commission. This change will affect Ireland. Notifications will be sent to affected advertisers, and the political content policy page will be updated on May 10th.
