Change your payment schedule or threshold

This article explains the two ways you can manage your payment schedule in Google Ad Manager.

  • You can delay payments for up to a year by choosing a new date.

  • You can raise your payment threshold to a value higher than the default payment threshold, which will delay payments until your earnings reach the new threshold.

Administrator user role required

Requires permission

The "Payments" section of Google Ad Manager is only available to users with the "Administrator" user role, or to users with a custom role that includes the "Access Payments interface" permission.

If you aren't an administrator, you can learn more about this role and what to do next.

If you follow the steps below and do not see the "Payments" option, please contact your Google Ad Manager network administrator to ensure you have the required permissions.

How to change your payment schedule or threshold

Follow these steps to change your payment schedule or threshold:

  1. Sign in to Google Ad Manager.
  2. Click Payments, then Payments info, and then Manage settings.
Note: If you do not see this option, you may not have the required user permissions.
  3. Next to "Payment schedule," click the Edit edit icon.
  4. Fill in your desired payment threshold value in the box labeled 'Increase payment threshold".
  5. Specify a new date in "Schedule my payout" to delay future payments. This date can be up to 1 year from now.
  6. Click Save.
Note: Currently, we don't allow changes to the frequency of payments. However, you may choose to temporarily hold your payments.
