• File - http://camel.apache.org/file2.html - producing/consuming files, also notifications e.g. file was created
• Exec - http://camel.apache.org/exec.html - execute system commands.
• Parallel Processing - http: //camel.apache.org/parallel-processing-and-ordering.html - you can handle multiple requests.

I used is in J2EE environment in one project (JBoss AS 7.1 + JSF2/Richfaces) and like it very much.
