Clipboard paste on SHIFT-INSERT no longer works for me

OK, sorry. There are a few conditions that would override this feature:
* pressing Alt at the same time
* having assigned a user-defined function to Shift+Insert, option 
KeyFunctions
* explicit temporary shortcut override sent by an application, ESC [ 7783 h
Also, the key could be taken outside mintty by some hotkey tool.
