Bug Report: Alt tab inserts tabs in to cygwin terminals

Mintty has always Worked Just Fine For Me flipping to and from other Cygwin and 
Windows apps, but you can set most console apps up to intercept many keys, and 
some folks use packages like AutoHotKey which can intercept everything to 
automate complex keyboard shortcuts.
