To correct a detail which could give a mistaken impression here: There's 
never been a x86_64 xemacs package for us to "drop".
xemacs was dropped from the package list when x86 Cygwin was 
discontinued, along with the few other packages which didn't exist for 
x86_64, for whatever reason.
