That did not work for me, both show current user:group.
For reference,
fstab:
none / cygdrive noacl,binary,nouser,posix=0 0 0
$ mount
…
C: on /c type ntfs (binary,noacl,posix=0,noumount,auto)

I wonder, what have you tried to reach here?
