I'm trying to automate my backup using rsync and cron. I have the ssh key pair setup, but still requires me manually start s cygwin shell every time I boot into Windows. Does anyone know of a way to start and agent and prompt for my passphrase at boot? Below is what I'm using now and is what I consider a hack. I'd prefer something more polished.
