[1.7] problems with compiling geos

I have a dll that do no want to rebase. Just to let you know.
For know, i exclude it to the list of 'to rebase' which is a find -name '*dll'
output.
/usr/bin/cyglsa.dll: new base = 5c430000, new size = 20000
/usr/bin/cyglsa64.dll: fixing bad relocations
FixImage (/usr/bin/cyglsa64.dll) failed with last error = 13
