Cygwin 1.7: Problem with Windows 2008 mount point folders

It's a bug in Cygwin. The reparse point check for volume mount points
only worked for XP and Server 2003, not for Vista and later. I fixed
that in CVS. It will be in the *next* snapshot from
http://cygwin.com/snapshots/.
