Open a new command prompt without bash. Alter the path to remove any signs of the local Cygwin. Stop all Cygwin services. Change mount points to point to the remote installation. Try remote GMP. This may not be a comprehensive list of tasks but points the way. -- Larry Hall http://www.rfk.com RFK Partners, Inc. (508) 893-9779 - RFK Office 216 Dalton Rd.
