 editrights -a SeDenyRemoteInteractiveLogonRight -u 
sshd_server &&
 editrights -a SeIncreaseQuotaPrivilege -u sshd_server &&
 editrights -a SeServiceLogonRight -u sshd_server &&
 sshd_server_got_all_rights="yes"
which bestows the necessary rights to the sshd_server user.
