Which version of cygwin supports audio recording by reading /dev/dsp?
I found some information on this matter
but it is just a patch for cygwin.
> if ( ( fd = open( "/dev/dsp", O_RDWR ) ) == -1 )
> {
> perror( "open()" );
> exit( 1 );
> }
On 1.5.12-1,
the code above fails returning -1 with:
open(): Permission denied
> if ( ( fd = open( "/dev/dsp", O_RDONLY ) ) == -1 )
Even ReadOnly fails returning -1.
If you have a solution for this problem,
tell me a little more.
