[Bug?] patchutils: interdiff /dev/stdin ... doesn't work

That the /dev/stdin example from the interdiff manpage doesn't work on
Cygwin, and, more importantly, is not supposed to.

They will hopefully look for the README when it doesn't work, though, to
see if it's a known problem.
