Any way to make rxvt not draw its titlebar?

Francis,
FYI, the title bar is not drawn by rxvt, but by the window manager (in
this case, the native Windows GUI). The menu bar isn't showing for me at
all, not sure why...
You could write a simple windows program to display a desired window box,
see <http://msdn.microsoft.com/library/en-us/winui/WinUI/WindowsUserInterface/Windowing/Windows/UsingWindows.asp>
Make it take the message on the command line, and you've got yourself a
general-purpose tool. ;-)
