gdbm 1.8.0-5 breaks cvs

Reid,
You did read the release notes
(<http://cygwin.com/ml/cygwin-announce/2003-03/msg00033.html>), didn't
you? You now have to install at least two packages: gdbm and libgdbm.
You're likely missing libgdbm.
