gcc bug, cygwin specific cygwin-1.3.10-1 gcc-2.95.3-5

Hi,
FWIW, on HP-UX 10.20, "man end" says it's XPG2.
I wanted to check the Single Unix Specification,
but my browser currently has some trouble.
