remote install of sshd

I like to install the cygwin sshd on some NT/2000-hosts. Is there a way to remotely install the sshd-service?
How do I grant all the domain-users access to theses hosts with their NT-username and password? Is 'mkpasswd -d >> /etc/passwd' sufficient?
Can I have the cygwin files on a network share (\\Server\cygwin\) and modify the cygwin registry entries to point to the unc-path? What problems will I run into, when several hosts access the same files?
How can I use environment variables in the registry entries, so that I can mount /tmp to %TEMP%?
