Any service created by cygrunsrv will have cygrunsrv.exe as the main
executable (ImagePath registry key value). That program in turn
executes the actual service program with its parameters. See the
Parameters subkey in the registry, particularly the AppPath and
AppArgs values. Values for --env are stored in a similar subkey.
