Autoconf is an extensible package of m4 macros that produce shell scripts
to automatically configure software source code packages. These scripts can
adapt the package to many kinds of UNIX-like systems without manual user
intervention.
Changes: This version includes 2 years of accumulated improvements and
bugfixes. While almost every line of code has been touched since version
2.13, Autoconf 2.50 aims to be backward compatible for well-written
configure.in scripts.
