ssh error under win2000 pro - setgid 513: Invalid Argument

SSH is giving me this same error whenever I run it with a valid hostname:
setgid 513: Invalid argument
It worked under windows98, but when I boot into win2000 pro, (I'm dual-boot)
I get this error.
