GTK COMPILES with cygwin 1.3.1!!

GTK compiles with cygwin 1.3.1 thanks to the pthreads new functions
Only is necessary a minor change in GLIB, comment: #include <string.h>
when compiler shows a error.
Is a important step to port GNOME to Windows plattform !
I have compiled XFce Window Manager with GTK and it works.
