Hi, In trying to minimize changes, I have linked the old URL: http://www.eskimo.com/cygwin/joe2_8_cygwin_bin_tar.gz to: joe-2,8-2_tar.bz2 with partial success. Please note that one can still download the file but the filename will need to be changed to .bz2 type before unpacking.
