sh-utils: need interface to realpath()

Thank you for your reply.
The cygpath program does do the cygwin_conv_to_full_win32_path() part,
but it does not do the more interesting realpath() expansion. That is,
it doesn't expand symlinks.
So I'm still looking to see such a program in Cygwin, please.
