Linking difficulties with internet functions

I'm trying to compile a program, and get the following link error
message:
BASH.EXE-2.02$ gcc -o logger logger.c
C:\WINDOWS\TEMP\ccCLzhDq.o(.text+0x1f3):logger.c: undefined reference to `inet_
aton'
collect2: ld returned 1 exit status
Obviously, the function must be defined in the headers, but it's
not being linked in.
Which library do I need to include to get this function?
TIA
