 I downloaded from IBM's Deep Blue Computing Institute a program called
Data Explorer. The online information indicated that I need to download some
tools from Cygnus in order to get the program to run. Please let me know which
of the programs on your website that I need to download to run this IBM
program. My machine is a pentium running with Windows 95.
