I was cleaning house on a fairly slow windows NT network drive and noted that rm -rf (B20.1 under bash) is vastly slower than using explorer and deleting the same (copied) large directory. I didn't have time to do a set of tests, but the time difference is obvious Any ideas? Enhancements? Douglas Eck -- Want to unsubscribe from this list?
