Hi,
I had a similar behaviour and fixed it with 'multiple mount points' to the
/bin directory.
mount before:
Device
Directory
G:\Programme\Devel\GnuWin32\cygwin-b20\H-i586-cygwin32\bin /bin
D:\proj\GnuWin32-Root
/
now:
G:\Programme\Devel\GnuWin32\cygwin-b20\H-i586-cygwin32\bin /bin
D:
/d
G:\Programme\Devel\GnuWin32\cygwin-b20\H-i586-cygwin32\bin
/d/proj/GnuWin32Root/bin
D:\proj\GnuWin32-Root
/
makes no sense. I know. But it worked in my case :-)
Try out if that could work for you and type in
'DRIVE:\\Your\\MSDOS\\Path\\To\\bin\\ls'.
