Hello. I highly recommend GRASP from Auburn Engineering. It's free, and
pretty darn flexible - ion fact, besides using any of the presets (Cygwin,
JDK11x, MSVC, VHDL, Ada95), you can specify your own compiler environment.
I love it. Simply query GRASP at www.altavista.com, and you're set to go.
