Getting inetd to work.

Here's what I had to do (thanks to Sergey for setting me straight)
Get remote.tar.gz and sergey's latest cygwin.dll
Download AutoExNT. I got it from:
ftp://sunsite.doc.ic.ac.uk/packages/windowsnt/misc/autoex.zip
Create an autoexnt.bat file thus (your gnu path may be different):
PATH=%PATH%;c:\Gnu\H-i386-cygwin32\bin
set CYGWIN_TTY=1
set CYGWIN_TITLE=1
c:\usr\local\sbin\inetd -d
install autoexnt.
reboot and you're away.
