Picking up include directories automatically

Well, since you obviously know what you're talking about,
would you mind taking a look at the cdk/winsup/
dir, and giving us the benefit of your advice on
fixing THIS implementation to do "The Right Thing :^)"?
PS. look out for default text/binary handleing.
