bash on NT 4.0 (was forkee heap_init)

Jeff,
I have use the Bash Shell on a Win NT 4.0 Server with build 1382 and
service pack 2....I have only run unix script thus far, but have had 
no problems.
If i see any of the problem you are discribing i will let you
know.
