================================================================================ About CodeSnip v4 Release Candidate Files on SourceForge. ================================================================================ This is a release candidate for CodeSnip v4. The code is feature complete and is published for testing and feedback purposes. There have been 3 preview and 2 beta releases so the program is thought to be stable. Formats of any files you create will be readable by the final v4.0 release, so you can create new snippets with confidence that the v4.0 release will be able to read them. However, please take regular backups and export any snippets you really care about. CodeSnip 4 stores its user database in a different location to v3 and earlier, so you can import data from older databases in the knowledge that it won't be corrupted by anything you do in v4. You *should* read the readme file that is included in the executable file downloads before installing. This is particularly important if updating from a preview (alpha) release. ================================================================================
