[Phpwiki-talk] Uncaught TypeError: Cannot access offset of type string on string in phpwiki/lib/stdlib.php:172

This one can be triggered by going to PageHistory and then clicking on
"RSS" (note that "RSS2" or "Atom" don't generate a page-specific
history there, but that's another issue). The second argument to
WikiURL should definitely be an array and not a string, patch attached.
